This is the page a borrower opens.

Everything below is the real MortgageDetail presentation, with a made-up borrower, loan officer and property. A loan officer builds it from a few inputs and sends one link. Scroll through it the way a client would.

Notes

All three options are based on the same purchase price and the same taxes and insurance. The 20% down option has the lowest monthly payment; the 10% down option keeps about $48,000 more in reserves at closing; the 15-year option pays off the home in half the time and saves the most interest. This is a sample presentation published by MortgageDetail to show the format a borrower receives. The borrower, loan officer, company, property and every figure shown are fictitious. Nothing here is a quote, an offer or a commitment to lend, and no loan originator has reviewed these numbers. Rates, fees and calculations are for illustration only as of November 5, 2026.

Equity projections assume an estimated annual home appreciation rate of 4.00%. Actual home values may vary significantly based on market conditions, location, and other factors. This estimate is for illustrative purposes only and is not a guarantee of future home value.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is an estimate calculated in accordance with Regulation Z methodology based on the loan terms, fees, and charges shown. Actual APR will be provided in your official Loan Estimate. APR reflects the total cost of the loan including applicable fees and is typically higher than the note interest rate.

APR calculations are estimates and may differ from final APR disclosed on official loan documents.

Mortgage insurance (MI/PMI) is typically required when the down payment is less than 20% of the home value. For conventional loans, private mortgage insurance (PMI) may be removed once the loan-to-value ratio reaches 78% through scheduled payments or 80% by borrower request. FHA mortgage insurance premium (MIP) requirements vary by loan term and down payment amount. MI rates shown are estimates and may vary by insurer.
